1Definitions

In these terms and conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "lembu99" refers to the online betting platform accessible through this website, operating under an international licence.
• "Member" refers to any individual who has registered an account at lembu99 or is in the process of registering.
• "Services" covers all products and activities offered by lembu99, including online slots, live casino, sports betting and fish shooting.
• "Funds" refers to the balance in a member's account comprising deposits, winnings and eligible bonuses.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotion, reward or added-value offer given by lembu99 to members.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total betting amount a member must reach before a bonus or bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

2Eligibility and Account Registration

Use of lembu99 services is limited to individuals who meet the following criteria:

• Aged 21 years and above at the time of registration. lembu99 does not permit individuals below this age limit to use its services.
• Register using personal information that is genuine, accurate and current. Any false information may result in account termination without prior notice.
• Not currently prohibited from participating in gambling activities by any relevant authority or legislation.
• Hold only one (1) active account at lembu99 at any time. Members found using multiple accounts will have their accounts terminated and balances forfeited.
• Register in their own name and not represent a third party in any capacity.

lembu99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents such as a national identity card (MyKad) or related documents at any time for compliance and verification purposes.

3Bonus and Promotions Policy

lembu99 offers various promotions to its members. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions:

• Welcome Bonus 200%: New members are eligible for a first bonus of 200% up to a maximum of RM1,000 on their first deposit. For example, a deposit of RM100 gives a bonus of RM200, making the balance RM300, with a wagering requirement of RM200 × 15 = RM3,000.
• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is set at 15 times (15x) the bonus amount received, not the deposit amount.
• Another example: deposit RM1,200 → bonus RM1,000 (maximum cap) → balance RM2,200 → wagering requirement RM1,000 × 15 = RM15,000.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including risk-free betting and multi-account abuse, will result in cancellation of the relevant bonus.
• lembu99 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion without prior notice. Ongoing promotions will not be affected by announcements of new promotions.
• All bonuses must be claimed within the time period specified in the relevant promotion terms.

4Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

lembu99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), Boost, and cryptocurrencies namely USDT, BTC and ETH.

• The minimum deposit and withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction regardless of the payment method chosen.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours after the request is approved.
• All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, unless an exception is approved by lembu99.
• Withdrawals are only permitted once the wagering requirement (where applicable) has been fully met.
• Transactions suspected of being linked to unlawful activity or money laundering will be reported to the relevant authorities and the account will be frozen immediately.
• lembu99 does not bear any costs or banking charges imposed by third-party financial institutions.

5Permitted Use and Prohibitions

As a lembu99 member, you agree to use this platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all stipulated conditions. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, or any third-party tools designed to automate betting or generate winnings unfairly.
• Sharing an account with another individual or allowing a third party to access and use your account.
• Attempting to exploit any technical errors, system disruptions or game bugs for unauthorised gain.
• Spreading content that is inflammatory, defamatory or capable of damaging the reputation of lembu99 or other members through any communication channel on this platform.
• Using lembu99 services for money laundering or financing unlawful activities.
• Registering more than one account or assisting other individuals in circumventing account terms and restrictions.

Any breach of these provisions gives lembu99 the right to take immediate action, including account suspension or termination, without any obligation to provide compensation.

6Responsible Gambling
